I needed a good guide to begin being more aerobically fit... Started lowest setting for only 5 minutes... Why am I sweating? I guess Im on my way. Very easy to follow, short fitness exercises, feeling better already.
This app is quick and simple, but thats what makes it great for traveling. I can complete any of these exercises anywhere I go. If I want a longer workout or 20 minute calorie burn, then I can do multiple interval workouts in one sitting. I love this app and have had great results!!

Good short workout. Easy to use. Wish it had more variety and wasnt mostly lower body/ core. It needs some push-ups in the mix
This is exactly what I was looking for. I can complete my 30 min of cardio everyday. 10 min in the AM 10 min at lunch time and 10 min while cooking dinner. No Excuses. Thanks for a great app!

Great workout for a busy morning. Gets your heart rate up quickly and keeps it there. Give you a good description and constant example of how to do each exercise.

Quick workout. Dont like that you have to have 10 workouts in the custom section, but one day Ill work up to doing all 10!!

This is a good exercise app. There are enough exercise choices for the personalized workout so you can make your it easier or harder, depending on what you feel like doing that day.
I really like that I can make a positive step for my fitness in as little as 5 mins at a time! I also really like the full version that offers varied exercises.

Everybody has 5 minutes. This app makes you five minutes strong. Go for it!
I love that it has the different minute durations the longest being the 10 min one. I usually do that twice in the morning and Im ready to go. Good body weight excesses that get your heart going. I go faster than the young woman in the video and Ill sweat.
Being that I have painful arthritis and bad knees, I really like this app. I cant really do any jumping but its getting me moving and thats what I need.
I use this app all the time when I only have time for a quick workout. Better than 10 mins on the treadmill. Cardio and muscle building in one. Sometimes I do three 5 minute sessions with floor ex in between, like my own circuit. Best part is you dont have to be online. Spend the extra buck to customize. Worth it.
