Love this app. Just would love to see more variety and the ability to use exercises multiple times in one round.
Great app for a day that you miss the gym or are pressed for time. It literally has me dripping sweat within ten minutes. No treadmill can beat it. However, I wish the durations of the workouts could be longer than 10 minutes.
I love this app. It was an intense 10 minutes. I hope that the creator creates an app that is longer than 10 minutes. I think 30 would be even better!
Im a runner, looking for an off-day cardio routine and something to bring on the road. I figured this might be an easy little way of getting my heart rate up a bit. Well, hello iPad app, this kicked my butt! Love the variety and pace. Well worth the $.99.
The videos were very helpful, and I hope more excersises are added that target certain areas
